I am a M.Sc. student at the Electrical and Electronics Engineering department in Bilkent University/UMRAM under the supervision of Prof. Emine Ülkü Sarıtaş. My main research interests includes Deep Learning, Computational Imaging, and Optimization with an emphasis on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI). I seek to design intelligent imaging systems that can be used in multidisciplinary teams. I think having experience in physics is invaluable for developing physics-driven deep learning models. For that reason, I have worked on topics related to applied physics for imaging systems, as can be seen in my publications.
Science should be open and reproducible. Thus, I freely publish my research code to GitHub.
